All of our Irish jewelry is shipped either U.S. Priority Mail or Federal Express. Your cost for U.S. Priority Mail is $4.99. Please note that it is on our SECURE order form that you can select your shipping preference. U.S Priority Mail and Federal Express will deliver within the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Typical shipping time on Priority Mail is two to three business days - remote areas may require an extra day or two. All items featuring free shipping is for regular ground shipping.

Is my jewelry shipped in a gift box?
Depending on the item, all jewelry is shipped in either a gift box or pouch. The story of the claddagh is also included.

All order information including your credit card number is received on a secure SSL server.
What happens after I place an order?
After you place an order with Audrey's Collection we will send you an e-mail confirming that we received the order and verifying all the order specifics. If you do not receive an e-mail or phone confirmation from us, please contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please e-mail or call us.
Can I change the date of my order's delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, please email or call us.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.

Audrey's Collection does not rent or sell information we receive from web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties.
Which credit cards are accepted?
Audrey's Claddagh Irish Jewelry accepts a variety of credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and VISA.
When will my credit card be charged?
Audrey's Collection will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card when processing your order. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified promptly, so you can use another card. The total on your charge card will include the cost of the item and the shipping fee (when applicable).
