You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is in it's original resaleable condition. Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase. In order to accomodate holiday gift giving, purchases made during the months of November and December have until January 15th to return or exchange items. All refunds are exclusive of shipping fees. Note: jewelry returned that was originally shipped postage free will be credited the cost of the item less postage. A credit will be issued to the sender's credit card immediately upon receipt and inspection of the item. Customer will be made aware of any exceptions to this policy.

• if possible, use the original box and packaging for the return
• securely wrap the item and make sure the address it legible
• bring the package to your nearest post office and be sure to insure the item
